About Me.
I worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for 19 years with DSHS/DVR. I counseled people with various mental health issues in removing barriers to life's challenges and enriching their quality of life. I now own my practice as a licensed mental health counselor associate. I utilize solution focused and person-centered therapies. I have a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from San Diego State University. For my personal life, I enjoy celebrating life with my family and friends.
